The label that brought us Evanescence, Company of Thieves, Civil Twilight, Drowning Pool, and many other bands, decided to do the bare minimum for this Canadian rock band.
I love their debut album as Pilot Speed, which is actually their second album as Pilate. It’s a fun listen, from start to end. And that animated music video, still gets me every time.
For their second (fourth?) album, they sounded more experimental, but it was still a good listen.
Then it stopped. By the time I found them, they had already disbanded. No fan sites, no nothing left behind. Quite sad, considering the quality of the material.
